＜Office automation equipment＞
Removing products without using a motor or rack enabled
significant cost reductions by reducing the number of molding
cycles,the mold fee and downsizing the molding machines.
This product went through several design stages to overcome
several challenges such as shaping the roller,roundness
precision,and other issues. |

＜Medical equipment＞
The client required that there be no deformation on the edge of
the screw threads. As a result ,the 2 mm internal screws,
which are adjacent to each other,are formed using a specially
treated,motor-driven,minute-long-screw pin hole grinder
(A normal motor drive causes deformation at the edge of the
screw thread.)

＜Joint＞
This part requires both-side under treatment as well as an
internal round shape,which is almost impossible to mold using
ordinary molds. We enabled this using original structure theory.

＜Fluorine resin part＞
To avoid corrosion,the part is initially made with some clearance,
then through trial adjusted to the correct size and finally coated
to obtain the exact size.
